Yes, fuel is excluded from the quota. We use APA as a very easy method for our clients to cover charter expenses as fuel, food, drinks, marina fees and maritime fees. In any case AYC customers will be given the boat with a full fuel tank and it will be possible when they return from their travel fuel with our suppliers, avoiding fuel uncertainty.

Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is an advance payment required to be made to fund estimated boarding costs of the charter price used to cover the costs of yacht preparation, requested supplies, port, mooring and other legal charges and fees, diesel and fuel, communications, crew gratuities, extras and depends on guest particular request for services, itinerary, food, beverages etc. In case APA is not entirely used at the end of the cruise / sail, the remaining part is returned to the person chartering a yacht. In case the spending exceeds the APA, guests can be asked to pay the additional part.

For the DAILY period, departure is at 9.00 am and lands until 7.00 pm.
For the 24 hours charters or WEEKLY the departure is at 10.00 am and lands until 9.00 am of the last day.

The charter is rescheduled for the nearest day when the weather is suitable and the yacht is available. If the client is physically unable to do the charter, they can choose to reschedule the day, transfer the charter to a third person, and if neither of these options is possible, a 100% refund will be provided.”
